Here is my plan for week four... I'm not sure I like the current format I'm using for these plans. I might tweak them and compile them into a one-month calendar page. Thoughts?

Spotlight On: Watters Gowns
Confession: I currently have over 20 dresses saved to my favorites on Watters.com. Luckily, there are two stores here in Tampa that carry the brand. I love the collection's variety- some dresses look one-of-a-kind while others have more of a classic style to them. Here are just a few of my favorites:
From the Watters Bridal Collection:
The Pasadena Gown
The Elsa Gown
From the WTOO Collection:
The Jemma Gown
The Ivy Gown
There are many more beautiful gowns on their website. I strongly suggest you check them out!

Week Two Workout!
Week One is not quite over, but I was eager to post Week Two's plan and give you all an update on my progress. I managed to do Monday and Tuesday's workouts without much of a problem. However, Wednesday didn't go so well. I put off the workout all day and ended up being too full from dinner to want to jump around. Because of this, I did Wednesday's workout on Thursday and Thursday's workout on Friday instead of taking a break day. It's a fall-off-the-wagon-proof plan! Today I am feeling more motivated than ever and decided to throw in some new moves for Week Two. Let me know if you try it out!

Skinny by Summer?
I've just returned from four amazing food-filled days in Disney World and am finally out of excuses to start my pre-wedding fitness plan. I have made two goals for myself: Loose five pounds by then end of finals (May 3rd) and ten pounds in all by summer (June 20). I have created a fitness plan that covers through June 6 and will keep adding to it as I go along. For now, here is my plan for my first week.
It starts off easy but gets more intense with time. I will upload each week's plan every Sunday along with a progress update. I recommend only weighing-in once a week since our weight can shift by a few pounds each day. Also, try to weigh yourself at the same time of day. Let me know if you try this plan!

Spotlight On: Unique Headpieces
Although it is considered traditional, there's not reason you have to wear a simple veil on your wedding day. There are more and more alternatives popping up, from crowns of flowers to sparkly combs. They can be expensive, so try searching sites such as Etsy if you're on a tighter budget.
Here are just a few of my personal favorites.
Frankie Bridal Halo- $145
Etsy- $30
Ban.do- $300
Ban.do- $250
Etsy- $64
BHLDN- $290
Etsy- $315
Etsy- $100
